Delete your Yarina account

If you created a Yarina account, you can use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data. This page is intended to satisfy Google Play’s external account deletion request requirement.

How to request deletion

Email hello@yarina.ai with the subject line Yarina account deletion request.

To help us locate the correct account, include the phone number tied to your account and any other identifying details that would help us verify ownership.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
Once verified, we will process the deletion request and remove or de-identify associated account data, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security, and operational retention requirements.
If some data must be retained temporarily for compliance or security reasons, we will retain only what is necessary for those purposes.

In-app deletion path

If the app provides an in-app account deletion flow, you may use that option as well. This page exists so users can request deletion even if they no longer have the app installed.
